Winter Retreat is an event for university students to worship the Father, seek Jesus, and encounter the Holy Spirit.
Hosted in Connecticut, Winter Retreat 2025 will be a weekend of worship, teaching, and ministry, on top of delicious meals and fun activities.
Registration is free and includes
Transportation
Our staff provides transportation to and from the retreat, with pickup and dropoffs on or near your campus.
Meals
Meals from a variety of cuisines will be served, from Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast.
Accommodations
Double bedrooms at the retreat hotel are shared with other students of the same gender.
Eligibility
To qualify for registration, you must be:
1) A full-time student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at one of the following universities: Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University. You cannot be employed other than through work-study or short-term internships.
2) Between 18 and 26 years old.

The registration deadline is Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET.
After this date, registration will be on a space-available basis.

The retreat begins on Friday evening with dinner, followed by a session of worship, teaching, and prayer. Saturday includes meals, sessions, and a fun activity. Sunday concludes with breakfast and church service before departures.

The pickup and drop off details are emailed to all registered students closer to the retreat date.
Pickup/drop off times vary based on the distance of your campus from the retreat location. Our transportation may depart from campuses as early as the morning of Friday, January 31st, and may return to campuses as late as the afternoon/evening of Sunday, February 2nd. Attendees should plan their schedules accordingly.

Winter Retreat 2025 will be hosted at Courtyard New Haven Orange/Milford (136 Marsh Hill Rd, Orange, CT 06477). All sessions, meals, and overnight accommodations will be at the hotel.
