Gospel Forum is a conference where Jesus is at the center, exalted by his people, and where his spirit is at work in our midst.

All sessions are now on our podcast

Gospel Forum is open to the public. If you are a target student, please see below for Target Student Registration.

General Admission: We offer FREE registration with any donation towards the speakers’ ministries. Every attendee (who is at least 5 years old) must hold a registration to attend. Our system accepts one individual registration at a time.

We plan to end advance registration and room sales on April 14th at 11:59 pm ET. Interested attendees who do not register online may still show up on-site for walk-in registration but will be seated after all attendees with online registrations and if space is available.

Registrants may not hold multiple tickets under one name. Duplicate registrations will be ignored. Registrations may not be transferred, renamed, or reassigned. Registrants who bring guests or friends to the event will have to register them at the door, which will only be available if space remains after all prior registrants have been seated.

Live Stream: The event will be streamed via YouTube. If you wish to join via live stream, please register for the Live Stream Only option. Live stream information will be emailed a few days prior to the event. If you’d like to attend part of the conference in-person and part via live stream, please register for both General Admission and Live Stream Only.

Conference Hotel: Hilton Parsippany

Discounted Rate: $159/night for King, or $169/night for Double + taxes/fees. This rate is only available through our registration portal and not through the hotel’s website. Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a different attendee.

To book a hotel room, select a room when you register via our registration portal, which you can access by clicking the “Register” button below. Rooms may be booked for 1 or 2 of the conference nights.

Please note that purchasing a hotel room does not include General Admission. Every individual attendee must hold their own General Admission ticket to attend the event.

If you already registered for General Admission but you did not book a hotel room when you registered, you may still book a room by submitting a new order for the room only.

Meals: Meals are provided FREE on-site to all attendees (Friday dinner, Saturday all three meals, and Sunday breakfast). No separate registration or payment is required; this is automatically included for every registered guest as long as you sign up for it during registration.

The information in this section applies only to full-time undergraduate and graduate students at Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.

Registration: Target student registration includes FREE lodging, meals, and roundtrip transportation from your campus in addition to conference registration, provided that you register prior to the Student Registration Deadline (April 7th at 11:59 pm ET). After this, student registration will be on a space-available basis. To qualify, you must be:

  • A full-time student (you cannot be employed other than through work-study or short-term internships) pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at one of the following universities: Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University, Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.

  • Between 18 - 27 years old.

Travel: Our staff will provide FREE transportation for students from your campus. Please note that vans will depart from these campuses as early as the morning of Friday, April 21st, and will not return until late afternoon/evening on Sunday, April 23rd. This service is available to all students from those campuses who register prior to the Student Registration Deadline (Apr 7th at 11:59 pm ET). Our campus coordinators will contact student registrants to confirm travel.

Accommodations: As a courtesy to target students, we will provide accommodations at the conference hotel for target students only. Rooms will be shared with other students of the same gender.

Requesting Roommates: Students may request roommates on their registration form. We cannot guarantee roommate preferences. Also, we are usually unable to honor roommate requests for students arriving late.

Disclaimer of Liability: Alabaster Group arranges accommodations as a convenience to target students. We cannot vouch for other registrants. By accepting our rooming arrangements, you release Alabaster Group, our vendors, our affiliates, and our partners from all liability related to your attendance and experience. Though it is common practice to provide shared housing for students, certain students may feel more comfortable purchasing their own room, and we encourage you to do so if that is the case.

Meals: Meals are also provided for free (Friday dinner, Saturday all three meals, and Sunday breakfast). We will offer vegetarian options when possible. Students with more restrictive diets may prefer to provide their own food.

Hilton Parsippany Hotel
1 Hilton Ct
Parsippany, NJ 07054

Parking: Free parking is available on-site.

Public Transit: The Hilton is accessible by train via NJ Transit. The closest stop is Morris Plains, 2 mi away. From the station, Uber is usually available.

Air Travel: For guests arriving by air, we recommend flying into Newark International Airport (21 mi from the venue). Flights are available from anywhere in the world. From the airport, transportation options include car services (taxi, Uber, or Lyft), train (NJ Transit to Morris Plains station), or shared rides (Super Shuttle or GO Airport Shuttle).

  • You will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with your ticket attached immediately. We will see you at the event! Please bring your Eventbrite e-ticket, along with a government-issued photo ID to the registration desk when you check in. (Children under 18 are not required to present an ID for check-in.)

  • Thank you for your interest in attending with your family, friends, and/or church. Our registration system is limited to one registration at a time, so it may be most expedient to ask each individual to register for themselves. If you are registering multiple people, consider creating an Eventbrite account and saving your information so that it is easier to replicate the registration.

  • We will not be offering childcare at this event. You are welcome to bring children with you into the main ballroom during sessions. However, we ask that you kindly step out if they cause a disturbance as a courtesy to other guests.

  • All children 5 years or older need to have a registration to attend the event. Children under 5 years do not need to register if they will not use a seat at all during the event. Any child who requires their own seat should be registered.

  • Because Alabaster Group is a campus-focused ministry, we’re planning special services to specifically address the needs of students. However, Gospel Forum is not a student conference. Anyone in any season of life is welcome.

  • Students who are not target students are invited to use our public registration option. Due to limited resources, we are unable to extend target student registration beyond our current guidelines.

  • If we reach venue capacity, registration will be discontinued. Overflow seating will not be offered. Please consider registering for the live stream option.

  • We will accept on-site registration only if space remains after online registrants have been seated. Registrants who bring guests or friends to the event without advance registration must register them on-site, subject to space availability.

  • We plan to serve catered meals to every registered attendee provided by local restaurants. There is no special registration needed. If you’re registered for the conference, you’re welcome to meals. There is no charge for this.

Meals include dinner on Friday, all 3 meals Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. We will offer vegetarian options when possible. However, we regret that we may not be able to accommodate more restrictive diets.

It is possible that we run out of food or we are unable to fully provide this service due to change of plans, venue restrictions, or other constraints. There are, blessedly, many affordable and delicious options near the conference venue.

  • Doors typically open 30 minutes before each session, depending on set-up needs. Seats may not be reserved between sessions.

  • No. Rights to presentations made at Gospel Forum are reserved, and unauthorized use and recordings are strictly prohibited. We will make recordings available for free via YouTube a few weeks after the event.

  • Our goal is to balance freedom of worship while minimizing distractions. Thus, we request that dance and flags be located at the front corners of the altar space, at least 10 feet from the stage, and at the back of the room, at least 10 feet from any doors and walking alleys. It is not permitted directly in front of the audience, between general seating and the band. Please be mindful of the guests around you. Instruments are not permitted.

  • We believe in miraculous healing in the name of Jesus, but we cannot guarantee that there will be a dedicated healing service. We expect that attendees will have the opportunity to receive personal ministry from the guest speakers and have structured the event to prioritize ministry time.

  • Because registrations are on a donation basis, donations made are non-refundable and non-transferable. Your donation will still be given to the speakers in support of their ministries if you do not attend. However, we would appreciate it if you could let us know that you are no longer coming, as that will allow us to accept more registrations.

If you booked a hotel room and are no longer able to use it, please contact us if you’d like us to transfer it to someone else.

If you have questions not addressed here, we would love to help. Reach us on Facebook Messenger or e-mail us: support@alab.org.
